Vision + values can often feel like "nice-to-haves" or something big companies have and seem like "maybe somedays" for small businesses. In reality, creating + articulating vision + values are essential to Clockworking your business as they are really the foundation to giving your team members agency in decision making.   In this episode of the Run Like Clockwork Podcast, Adrienne shares how to use your vision + values to Clockwork your business.
