60: Living with the Walking Dead

Forget about the dead rising back to life,  dealing with the living dead is much more frustrating!   Drug addiction and mental illness  are just political issues until it hits closer to home.   How do you deal with an addict when they become a menace to the community?  Police do not and can not help, that's for sure.  We actually have laws that prevent authorities from forcing these people to seek medical help.
