60. Not Enough

Join me today as I share with you one of my favorite tools to solve for “Not Enough”.   Not enough time, money, food, fun, love, success are all just thoughts in scarcity.  Understanding and observing yourself in scarcity and training your brain to know that it is not useful or necessary is life changing.  Shifting into abundance, knowing how to do that, and practicing this particular shift will have a ripple effect on your life.  If you ever feel like there is just not enough of something in your life, this episode is a must.   My hope is that we are creating a community by way of this podcast.  I wish I could get this work into the hands of every woman I know.
