:60 PSA from the UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation

from North American Network

Since 2007, the “United-Healthcare Children’s Foundation” has awarded more than 30-thousand medical grants—valued at over 62-million dollars. The 30-thousdandth grant was awarded recently to 12-year-old “Junior”, from New Braunfels, Texas—who was diagnosed with epilepsy at six years old. And, over the years, grants to thousands of other children have been for: speech-, hearing-, or development-disorders; cancer; autism; “A-D-D”/“A-D-H-D”; and more. Grants from “U-H-C-C-F” help provide financial relief for families who have children with needs that aren’t covered—or fully covered—by their commercial health-insurance. Families can receive up to five-thousand dollars, annually—or 10-thousand dollars, maximum lifetime—per child. They also don’t need to have insurance through “United-Healthcare”, to be eligible. To learn more, visit “u-h-c-c-f”-dot-org-slash-“donate”; that’s “u-h-c-c-f”-dot-org-slash-“donate”.
