The crew finishes their background checks and the interview process, and they decide to let Bal and Stavias join on a temporary basis. Meria leaves to take care of some personal business, choosing to stay behind to lend a hand with the mess Trigger left behind. Bal and Stavias say goodbye to their friend Dandelion while Vae and Anima have a heart-to-heart about the shadows in Vae’s past. Then everyone settles into their new rhythms aboard the Opal Star.
