Our Infradian RhythmThe infradian rhythm is only for people that have female biological parts, and/or people going through a menstrual cycle. It is literally linked to your cycle.Did you know the infradian rhythm creates a 25% change in your brain chemistry over the course of a month?!  In order to optimize your fluctuating metabolism, you must change what you eat and the intensities of your workout for optimal results. We all have our own unique female biochemistry!When you can better understand your cycle you can become happier & healthy as well as more productive & satisfied.Did you know people with female biochemistry need more sleep than men because they have a more complex brain? (Nap time anyone?)
