蛤蟆先生去看心理師這本書的步調很輕鬆，所以我閱讀的速度還滿快的，幾乎一天都可以看個兩三個章節。偶爾藉由書中內容回想自己短暫人生的種種，有點茫然又被觸動到的複雜情緒反覆壟罩著。書中的蒼鷺說，自然型兒童自我狀態、適應型兒童自我狀態以及父母自我狀態都非理想的心理狀態 (這句話真饒口)，雖然我也同意，但與此同時我也認為，這些自我狀態的拉扯，是我們適應群體和社會環境必然的過程。 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
