今天早上冥想的时候,明显感受到了注意力被那些未完成的事情所分散,无法专注到呼吸上面。然后就联想到了心理学上的那个著名的“蔡格尼克”效应(Zeigarnik Effect),也就是说未完成的任务在我们的记忆中会保持活跃状态,占用大量的大脑资源,导致注意力分散。昨天看Chris williams的采访视频,也讲到了焦虑的成本。比如早上醒来就去做一天当中最重要的事情,你一整天会过的特别轻松,而如果选择晚上去做,白天就会不断的想这件事情需要完成。每个未做的决定和未完成的事情都会隐隐消耗能量,这是对生命隐形的浪费,所以你要尽快做决定,完成比完美更重要。大部分人延迟做决定其实是逃避可能的坏结果,而选择最后一刻做出决定就可以归咎于时间的紧迫,本质上还是不愿面对现实和自我的真实性。
