#61 - Bonus Birthday Blast From the Past | Behind the Mynd with David Colón

My dear friend David Colón used to have the most delightful weekly radio program on FCC Free Radio called Behind The Mynd​. It was a celebration of San Francisco’s local musicians, artists, and creative humans. Every November I would come on the show to review my year. On this episode I had just returned from my biggest festival run as Creative Director of Fest300, Chip Conley​’s guide to the world’s best festivals. This was truly the peak of that special chapter in my life and I’m so happy to share it with you now. I’ve offered a lot of my perspectives on the podcast lately, including my morning ritual and my musings on whether life is still a festival in this time of crisis, so why share this now? Well, it’s my good god dang birthday! And I wanted to offer a whiff of nostalgia for a more playful time, a time when we still gathered and when our bungler-in-chief had yet to squeak his way into office.
