Arj Dhandapani is the cofounder of Sunnybrix, an up-and-coming property development and buyer’s agency business across Victoria. Arj moved from India to Australia in 2008, and grew an interest in property when he started looking for his first home along with his wife. Currently working as a full-time data analyst and being a father of two, he’s a prime example of how to transition into real estate coming from a different background and while juggling other responsibilities.
