Challenge Your-self to Change Your-self .... A challenging Jivamukti Yoga class to shift you beyond your comfort zone ... Patanjali - author of the ancient yoga sutras - gives the following advice in Yoga Sutra 2:46, sthira sukham asanam:- the yoga seat shall be both steady, and joyful. Meaning, that in order for you to be at peace with your-self, your relationship with the earth needs to be steady in peace. Tip for practice: Through awareness find steadiness (sthira), and by acceptance find joy (sukham), in every moment in every pose. Tip for living: Be compassionate to all and to Mother Earth. Namaste. (a more advanced class, but its good for all, so give it a try, but always take care of your-self).
