And then, we've a lot of times have been taught that we can't actually create our own spaces, you can't build your own practice it's gonna need this much capital or the big giant healthcare organization is going to eat you up anyway. She is CEO and founder of Melanin, Medicine & Motherhood as well as the CEO of Strong Children Wellness. She is an expert on medical racism, addressing equity for women physicians in healthcare, and eliminating health inequities for marginalized children and families.
