Ed heeft 35 jaar als verhuizer gewerkt en kwam elke dag zijn dyslexie tegen, ook al hoefde hij niet te schrijven. Het anders zijn en zich anders voelen was altijd aanwezig. Nu weet hij dat dit komt door het denken in beelden en niet in woorden en de hoge snelheid waarmee hij denkt. Het zorgt er zelfs voor dat hij in zijn huidige baan als mechanical engineer toch achter zijn laptop gaat zitten om zijn kennis op te schrijven.
