#61 - Foraging 101

Foraging can be a scary concept if you do not have the resources and tools to safely identify and understand what to forage. And that’s why I want to break it down with a few things you must know before starting your foraging journey. I want to educate my daughters on foraging and I want them to be aware and safely able to distinguish between what plants are safe for food and medicine or which plants are toxic and can cause harm.
