61- Is minimum 2.5Mbps for mobile internet acceptable?

The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) is proposing to revise the Mandatory Standard for Quality of Service (MSQoS) for telcos. This include speeds for wireless and wired broadband services, voice call success rate and customer service resolution.
