61. Is showing up on social media stressing you out?

But there is a difference between not wanting to 'show up' and avoiding showing up because you're overwhelmed with what you 'should' be doing. People want to see you show up when you want to, when it feels good and it's aligned with your goals and business. Not just for the sake of posting because it's what you're 'supposed' to be doing to be successful. Showing up on social media is SO much more powerful when it feels good to you and that energy can be felt on the receiving end.
