In this episode, I interview Tristan Thibodeau, MSN, INHC, who is a powerful female empowerment and health coach. Growing up she was a bubbly child with a big personality and over the years started to dim her light and limit her self-expression in an effort to people-please. This lead to perfectionism and the need to achieve, not only in school and in her career but with food and her body. She has always known that she had a biggness inside of her and this feeling that she was here to do important work in the world but she was being held back by her eating disorder. With this realization, she took healing seriously and has unleashed her inner wild woman and has stepped into her power, freedom, and full-self-expression!
