“ I get up every day and ask myself,  “ what can I do today to make an impact? “ Troy Holt ( @troy_talks ) has spent 20 years developing a craft. He makes it appoint to think outside of the box and make a lasting impression. He would pass out two cards and tell people “don't keep me a secret” a standard way to stand out and think outside the box. The real secret sauce, Troy cares about the people he meets. He puts them first, takes the time to build a lasting relationship with. He pays attention to birthdays, anniversaries, and even the harder things like the loss of a loved one. Its part of his Two C's approach. Celebration and Consolation. People want to be noticed and appreciated, he tells us. “ people aren't going to change their humanity just because they are online” this is how he thinks about sales and marketing online. He uses all the same skills and training he’s acquired over the last 20 years face to face and re-applies them online. At the end of the day Troy just wants to have an impact on this world. He wants to leave it a better place and he hopes to help others enough that they remember him for it.
