Outsourcia est un des leaders de l’outsourcing au Maroc, avec 600 millions de dirhams de chiffre d’affaires, 4 300 collaborateurs, et des clients partout dans le monde. Dans cet épisode, Youssef Chraibi explique pourquoi l’outsourcing est un secteur très important pour le Maroc : 150 000 emplois, top 5 des générateurs de revenus à l’export, et une forte croissance ces 20 dernières années.
