If we’re doing a forensic audit, the bill goes to them for the decades of tactical blight and public health costs they’ve externalized onto our neighbourhoods. We must stop negotiating with a private dynasty and start the process of expropriation. International border crossings are essential infrastructure that can never be held in private hands again.
