The busyness creates a patter that we assume we must keep up with. Eventually, we are caught in the webs of stress. Ready, Set, A.I.M. 5-Day Challenge The recipe to create happy habits for lasting change. Stress begins to eat away at your health, sleep, peace, marriage, your job performance, your sanity. It begins to eat away at you. Stress has a profound impact on you physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Some of those effects are: headaches fatigue tummy aches anxiety anger depression binge eating drug/alcohol/tobacco use or overuse lack of clarity confusion restlessness. M & M's - Movement and Motivation (Exercise-walk, run, bike ride, etc.) Good food equals good mood - Eat God-made, not man-made. Reach Out (and touch someone) - talk to others.
