62 | Happy 60th Birthday To Me: Thoughts, Wisdom, Inspiration, & Motivation For All Ages

On today’s episode I’m celebrating my 60th Birthday on November 7th by talking passionately about age, seasons of life, goals, mindset, health, exercise, and enthusiasm for life at any age!   60 years of life-lived is pretty amazing!
