#62 How We Balance It All

Running a business is a full-time job and so is taking care of a newborn. The question is how in the world do we balance it all? Well in today’s episode of Life Unleashed, we’re talking all about how we strike the balance between the two. As parents, we often feel torn between competing tasks, taking care of Callan, and running our business. To say the least, it has been difficult figuring out the balance and coming up with a schedule that works for our whole family. However, life is often about trade offs and right now we are leaning into the joy of having a newborn. Fortunately, we have figured out a way to make the most out of our “free time” (mainly when Callan is napping) to squeeze in as much work as possible. We have also had to step up our communication and teamwork as a couple. For now, things seem to be working well but if we have learned anything as new parents it is that our “prefect” schedule is likely to change tomorrow.
