62: Josh & Jenny Solar of Hello Happiness Card Co.

A little about our guests. Josh and Jenny have been sweethearts since high school. In fact Josh says he has always known he never wanted to work for anyone else, except Jenny. Josh is the big dream doer, joy seeker and family adventurer while Jenny is the adventure seeker. Together with their 3 children, there is probably never a dull money at the Solar household. Together19 years and married for 13, they live in gratitude and live mindfulness. A little about their business. Josh has a Master’s in Entrepreneurship – super creative, ideas guy and a bit all over the place. Jenny has a Master’s in Accounting – structured, to do lists and solid ground. Their opposite-ness keeps the company moving forward without floating away. Josh and Jenny started out in photography. That became a blog, The Happy Family Movement which then morphed into Hello Happiness Cards. With failures as learning lessons, they are committed to moving forward for the values they believe in…time freedom and quality time with their kids. One piece of advice (the nutshell version) If you have a thought or idea that keeps coming up, don’t just dismiss it. If it won’t leave you alone, you need to look into it.
