from Episode Epiphanies Hosted by Episode Epiphanies
(Have we used this title before? It feels like we've used this title before. It's a good title. We watch a lot of things for the lesbians.) In this episode, Jessica makes Natasha watch the iconic Netflix drama Orange is the New Black. We discuss the legacy of this show, how it was presented when it first came out, the many famous characters who do not appear in this episode, and more. Delve into our discussion of lesbians in the early 2000s and the dark mundanity of the American prison system. We're launching a new format in this episode with no full recap of the episode. So if you haven't seen the pilot of OITNB, watch it now! Will Natasha get caught up in the prison system? Or will they break free of this show's clutches? You'll have to listen to find out.
