Here's a little about our guest: Karl Steadman Certified CrossFit® Coach (CF-L4) CrossFit® Seminar Staff 2009 - present CrossFit® UK & Eire Country Manager 2021 - present Karl has been a CrossFit® Affiliate owner since 2006 and has over 16 years of experience of coaching CrossFit®, achieving his first qualification in 2004. He has been on CrossFit® Seminar Staff since 2009. He holds BWL, Concept 2 Rowing, CrossFit® Gymnastics, CrossFit® Kids, CrossFit® Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit® Masters and SPEAR PDR qualifications. He is also an ATA Adaptive and Inclusive Trainer (AIT). His most notable programming/coaching achievement to date was as part of the coaching team for Sam Briggs during the 2013 season, in which she won the CrossFit® Games. Karl also has a very experienced background in judging and competition standards, having worked as Head Judge at the European/Meridian Regionals and as a Judge at the CrossFit® Games for a number of years. Most recently, Karl became the CrossFit® UK & Eire Country Manager, as well as launching the Trainer Development and mentoring arm of the business.
