In this Episode we dive into a deep conversation surrounding the topic of ADHD and the challenges it creates in our day to day lives. We dissect the many issues that arise in our life due to these mental difficulties our brain creates on a daily basis. We take time to reflect over some sadder times from our past and how that connects to who we are and where we are today.
