#63 - Flying Solo

In this solo episode of the Not About You Podcast, Jamal Harrington discussed several topics while filling in for his usual co-hosts Marianne Riley and Romeo Nash, who were on a cruise. Jamal shared his thoughts on the Seattle Seahawks' Super Bowl victory, praised Sam Darnold's performance, and encouraged listeners to support their local teams. He also reflected on Valentine's Day traditions and shared a personal story about an anti-Valentine's Day dinner with a former partner. The main focus of the episode was Jamal's impassioned plea for listeners to prioritize their health, particularly regarding colon cancer screenings, following the recent passing of actor James Van Der Beek from colorectal cancer. Jamal concluded by announcing his upcoming appearance at the Pacific Northwest Black Comedy Festival in Portland, Oregon, and expressed gratitude to his fans for their continued support.
