The coming of Jesus Christ as the Saviour. Here's an example from the prophet Isaiah. Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government shall be upon his shoulder. And his name shall be called Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Imagine the excitement of knowing that someone was coming who would be born as a child, just like you and me, but who would go on to change everything. As we rest in the knowledge that Jesus has come and is with us through the Holy Spirit, let this truth be the balm for your soul as you prepare for a restful night's sleep. Thank you for joining us on this journey through scripture on Sleeping Saints. Until next time, may the peace of Christ be with you always.
