Why do our schools need to be great places to work? I fell in love with Sandi Herrera's message when I saw her deliver her TEDx Talk about 4 years or so ago in gorgeous Downtown Las Vegas. Always wanting to be a part of something bigger than herself, Sandi is determined to help schools create happy cultures. Culture and workplace coaching. Schools to be central hubs of positivity. It begins from the top down: with the principal and administrative team in unity. All leadership teams must be consistent, unified, and stable to create a high-performing team.
