#63 - Savanna Ainsworth - The Life of a Warrior Woman in The Marines

Savanna Ainsworth is a dedicated U.S. Marine and trailblazing woman in the infantry. She enlisted planning for an admin role but switched to becoming an Infantry Rifleman with the MOS designator 0311 while she was in recruit training. She went on to become one of the first women on the East Coast to pass the Scout Screener and join the Surveillance and Target Acquisition (STA) platoon. Additionally she was the first woman on the East Coast to complete the Advanced Infantry Course (AIC) which is a challenging course to prepare Infantry Marines for becoming squad leaders. She rose to the rank of Sergeant while serving as a grunt.After her infantry chapter, she transitioned into bodybuilding placing 2nd in her first figure competition and she graduated from Drill Instructor School (Class 4-25) as the Honor Graduate. She's also completed Marine Corps Instructor of Water Survival training and the Marine Corps Martial Arts Instructor Course. Originally from Florence, Mississippi, Savanna embodies strength, femininity, resilience, and Marine Corps Esprit de corps.
