Jeff is the Chief Media Officer at Vaynermedia, a full-service digital agency ran by entrepreneur and social media star Gary Vaynerchuk. In addition to that, Jeff is also the CEO of a company called Tracer, that he founded together with Gary. We will talk about that later as well. Prior to joining VaynerMedia, Jeff had spent over ten years in the digital advertising industry and led teams at SocialCode and LeadKarma LLC. In his position as the CMO of VM, he is handling more than 250 people I believe, and Tracer already has  quite a few employees itself.
