Tomb Mold just released a new demo and it got me on a kick of listening to metal bands that are soulsborne themed. It turns out there's quite a lot of them, probably more than any other video game. Why is that? What is it about Dark Souls, Bloodborne, and/or Elden Ring that resonates with metal heads?
