Clinical data demonstrates that patients with a higher abundance of these lipoCAFs experience significantly better chemotherapy responses and prolonged survival. Furthermore, the study suggests that supplementing treatment with 11-HETE or its precursors can synergistically improve the efficacy of both chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
