Happy Wednesday Loves! Okay this is the episode I recorded on Memorial Day Monday and forgot to post. I pulled my car over in tears, cause you are the best yoga family a yogini could ask for. Your big hearts and the Love you're willing to open to and share with the world makes such a difference. I love you all and am so honored, humbled and grateful that you take this yoga journey with me. Taking time to put other things down and focusing on our community, especially our Seva practice is the best thing I ever could have done.
