635-How Steve Is Still With Me

Happy Monday Loves! I’ve been sitting with Love, loss, authentic and pride. I’ve been thinking about how I show up in the world and this is what I came up with to talk about today. Today I told the story of how Steve is still with me. He was very present with the fact that energy doesn’t disappear. It shifts or it changes, but it still exists. He took a lot of comfort in that as he mourned his wife. I’m finding help in that as I grieve his place here with me. Im not sure how that affects how I shore up in this uncharted territory, but I shared my thoughts and feelings about Love, Pride, authentic, community self in a Monday morning.
