64: An interview with a global leader | Elder Ted Wilson

from The Youth Workshop · host Luke Whyte

I was super flattered, when asked to interview Pastor Ted Wilson for Adventist Radio London. Elder Wilson is the President of the general conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. The general conference coordinates the global ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. The Seventh-day Adventist Church is a christian denomination with 25 million believers worldwide and about 39,000 in the UK. As someone who is fascinated by and heavily invested in leadership growth and development I was excited to hear a perspective from a GLOBAL leader. Which is exactly what Uncle Teddy is. I asked him three questions, if they are of interest to you, you should have a listen. 1. What are some global trends that you are noticing from your work as president. 2. How can young people effectively challenge/raise concerns with local leadership without appearing rebellious or troublesome. 3. What are some of the jewels from the adventist tradition's past that can help it to be progressive and relevant in the present and future. Enjoy, leave your comments @lukecrwhyte, i'll be sure to respond.
