Sam Cherry is the Co-Founder & CEO of Cherry Development, a member of the Las Vegas Planning Commission, and an alumni of the Las Vegas Sun 40 under 40 List. Cherry Development is responsible for 7 separate projects within Downtown Las Vegas & The Art's District. Cherry Development has built 3 multi-million dollar residential developments; SoHo Lofts, NEWPORT LOFTS, & shareDOWNTOWN. As well as 4 unique restaurant and art concepts; The Lady Silvia, Beer Garden, Resnick's Grocery, & Pop Up Pizza. After volunteering in the Israeli Military for 2 years, Sam moved back to Las Vegas and saw a huge opportunity to build something substantial in the Downtown area of Las Vegas. As the young age of 23, in 2006, Cherry Development built the first high-rise living complex in the area. Since then Sam has been infatuated with the area and has continued his undivided focus into Downtown & The Art's District.
