Hello, In this week’s show, you will learn how to break free from remembering the negativity of the past year using something I call The Christmas Letter.  It’s not the traditional letter that you may do now (or in your past) in which you send out a letter to loved ones with an update on your family.  Rather, it’s a letter you write to yourself as you reflect on the year.  I’ve been doing this the past few years and it has helped me end the year remembering and giving thanks to the good things that happened (instead of focusing on the negative things).  I refuse to let the negativity bias take over my memories! I choose to remember the happy ….
