64: Healing Suicide

Suicide and Crisis Line: 988 Hello and Welcome to the UNFILTERED: Life & Awakening podcast. In this episode, we take on the topic of healing around the ideas and interpretations of suicide. Through the set of recent events and experiences, the topic has been brought into our lives and thus we found it important to address it from a larger scope of view, both for the survivors of the issue, the understanding behind the subject, and the narrative around it. In the episode we bring in various subjects around the topic. Hopefully we offer help, understanding, and processing of pain, trauma, and paralysis around the concept. We bring in narratives of self that drive us into decisions and make us feel hopeless when dealing with the subject. We go on offering tools and suggestions of how to heal, form a healthy narrative, and go on living in and around the topic. As a whole, the discussion is designed to act as a multifaceted discussion around all aspects of suicide and an overview of the narrative around it in our culture and limited understanding.
