64 INTERMODAL: Creative process as Spiritual Discipline continued

Continuing an old series (since feb pa!) — the creative process as spiritual discipline. In this episode we’re talking about how to feel very enabled and liberated to translate our curiosities and creativities in between creative mediums and expressions. We’ll talk about how that might just bust you out of a creative rut, and also activate parts of you that have felt dormant or under stimulated and raring to be expressed and wonderfully integrated. We also walk ourselves through some simple processes and frameworks that would help enable us to straddle different modes of creativity easefully and talk about cool prompts and questions that would help frame this creativity as a spiritual process within itself.
