#64 - Meagan Crossman

Meagan Crossman aka Meagan in the Future is a singer and song writer for the band, Jet Set Future. In this episode, Meagan opens up about her love for singing and performing. She talks about how she got into it by a-cappella and theatre early in her life. Meagan discussed some of her mental health struggles and the support she got to work on it from her band. That support allowed her to seek the proper help which created a family atmosphere for the band. We both had a great dialogue about mental health and the importance of taking time for yourself.
