#64 Rodney Ellis

In this episode I sit down with Rodney Ellis from Southern Cross Jiu-Jitsu Academy in Cronulla, Australia. Apologies as in this episode I was on daddy day care duties, so our conversation did get broken up in sorts as I had to tend to the baby who makes her first cameo appearance on an episode. I've tried my best to piece it together so you may notice there is a little bit of editing in this episode which is a departure from my usual 'up she goes' attitude to putting up podcasts. That said, there are plenty of great discussion points in this episode and the only lament I have is not being able to ask all the questions I wanted to of Rod.
