64 Stephanie Bolduc: A Woman of Environmental Passion!

This conversation was so fun for me, as I am enjoying so much getting to know Stephanie Bolduc, whose dad is my cousin. They live in the UK, so I don't get to see them often, and I didn't know Stephanie really at all until this year! Stephanie is very involved in environmental  issues, and she takes her footprint on the earth very seriously, but in the most gracious way. She has discovered foraging recently and really enjoys finding new uses and value in what we see outside. She is also learning about hot compost (I didn't know about it either, if you were thinking that), and lets us know what she's learning.
