Who Is God? How we understand scripture is dependent on how we think about God. Did you know that there are only four places in the New Testament that say, "God is..." and are then followed by a noun? These nouns are the essence of Who God Is. We cannot truly understand what we see or hear God doing unless and until we know Who God Is.
