from Crushing Iron Triathlon Podcast · host C26 Triathlon

Most of us wake up and look at social media to subconsciously judge ourselves against others. And worse, it's usually their finest moments. Today, we talk about the comparison and complacency traps, but mostly about how to stay out of them. We look at the power of setting audacious goals. We look at Insecurity vs. Ego and why belief should be a tool not a strategy.
