#65: Being Diagnosed with Covid-19 and Type 1 Diabetes - at the same time! with Maya Kearney.

In today’s episode Eoin speaks with Maya Kearney (@mayakearney).Maya was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes just last year. But not only that, she was also diagnosed with Covid-19 at the same time! Her severe Covid-19 symptoms had been made even worse by the fact that her body was starting to shut down due to her undiagnosed Type 1 Diabetes.Despite dealing with so much physically and mentally, on top of a global pandemic, Maya sat her final exams, graduated from college, moved to London and started her first job in an investment bank.Eoin is admittedly blown away by how well Maya has dealt with her diagnosis and the mindset she has developed as a result.
