In 2014, he sold 52 homes and was proudly ranked #2 in Long Island and #1 in Suffolk County for sales volume, gross commission, and transactions for Re/Max. The drive continued into 2015, he surpassed his own personal goal for the year, with a total of 69 sold homes, becoming a member of Re/Max's Hall of Fame AND the #1 Re/Max agent in Long Island by volume. Coming in at #38 in all of New York state, he was recognized as one of "America's Best Real Estate Agents" in the 2016 rankings produced by Wall Street Journal's REALTrends! Also in 2016, he sold 68 homes and was named to the Long Island Board of Realtors Young Industry Professionals "Top 20 Under 40" list of real estate agents. Bryan kicked off 2017 being named to Long Island Pulse Magazine's Power Brokers list, named as a Top Realtor! He closed out 2017 with a total of 141 homes sold in 2017!
