65. Calvin Pringles: Real Estate Sales, Wholesaling & Flips

Pretty quickly, Calvin Pringles realized he didn't want to take the "traditional" path in real estate. He saw an opportunity for something more that would build wealth and provide a path to get what he wanted in life. He learned from a mentor and got to see the investment side of the business as a bird-dog for a local investor. From there, he got his license and has been growing his business over the past 4 years. In 2021, Calvin will have helped on 25 units, 3 wholesale deals, and 2 flips where he is a real estate agent in the Tampa, FL market.
