Jivamukti Yoga teaches meditation in 3 easy steps. 1. Sit still ! (you can sit still, so do it, do not get distracted). 2. Focus your awareness on breath moving at the tip of nose (a focused awareness on just one thing, breath, no distractions). 3. Silently repeat your personal mantra, or else alternatively say to self silently on inhale breath "Let" and on exhale breath "Go". "Let Go" - Let Go of all tensions, worries, concerns and transcend all thoughts of the mind, and cross-over to a deeper peace. Om shanti shanti shantih. (Om peace, peace, peace). Namaste. (an easier class, suitable for all).
